Seniors Helping Seniors services offers one on one companionship and assistance in the privacy of your own home.
Our caregivers are what makes Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care special. We call them Providers. Many of our senior care Providers are also seniors themselves. They carry a warmth and understanding that comes from experience and wisdom gained over the years. They are able to easily relate to the difficulties of aging and offer their support in a comfortable, caring way.
Our Providers are loving, caring, compassionate people who bring joy and companionship to those they help. The testimonials from our Receivers, the people we help, state it best: “Your ladies know what to do and how to do it.” “It’s not just a job to her. She loves it!” “Thank you for helping my mom stay in her home a little longer.” “He is prompt, reliable and an excellent companion.” “She has been doing a great job with my mom, she pays attention and takes the initiative to think about things on my mom’s schedule and notify us.” Because of this kind of care, our Providers and Receivers often become life-long friends.
Having someone else in the home can become an extra set of eyes and ears for working family members and spouses. And having help with the household chores and personal care will allow loved ones time to be together as a family, rather than have to “take care of business” all the time.
The option to stay in one’s home with a little bit of assistance can be financially less stressful than a facility. In-home care can reduce family pressures and maintain independence while staying connected to memories and personal belongings. If you have questions about in-home care, or about becoming a caregiver call Seniors Helping Seniors® services (419-366-4915 or 440-935-3848), www.SeniorCareLorain.com. We can help out with as much or as little support as you need, in the privacy of your home, anytime day or night.
